Our stay at the Alex Lake Zurich Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's stunning lakeside location offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. The facilities and rooms are beautifully designed, providing both comfort and elegance.
The reception staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Michael, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly enjoyable.
We especially loved dining at the hotel's restaurant each evening. The entire staff was top-class—warm, attentive, and so much fun! Every meal was a delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Thanks to all the guys, you were each wonderful in your own way. And we will never forget the expert Water Sommelier! Magnificent team.

We enjoyed with my wife and my parents this beautiful hotel and the surrounding area a lot, in a nice and quiet location. Really amazing looking design everywhere and the breakfast was also perfect. Although our stay was short we enjoyed it very much. There was an ease to it I appreciated.
Our room had a beautiful view on the lake and the hotel is close to a small lovely park. We enjoyed the desserts and tea in the afternoon from the outside garden, which I could bring to our room. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The bathroom has excellent toiletries (Grown Alchemist) and their home made bath salts.

The hotel was located beside Lake Zurich and a small harbour. The room was well kept with old furnitures. Bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The breakfast was even more wonderful with good spread. There was limited free parking space about 200m from the hotel. The hotel probably ideal if you are driving and needed to have a short stop while travelling along the less busy route. Cleanliness was top notch!
We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.
The location of the hotel is very close to Zurich center and we really liked the view on the porch of the restaurant. Lovely breakfast and the staff was really friendly.
