The reception staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Michael, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly enjoyable.
We especially loved dining at the hotel's restaurant each evening. The entire staff was top-class—warm, attentive, and so much fun! Every meal was a delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was located beside Lake Zurich and a small harbour. The room was well kept with old furnitures. Bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The breakfast was even more wonderful with good spread. There was limited free parking space about 200m from the hotel. The hotel probably ideal if you are driving and needed to have a short stop while travelling along the less busy route. Cleanliness was top notch!
We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.
The location of the hotel is very close to Zurich center and we really liked the view on the porch of the restaurant. Lovely breakfast and the staff was really friendly.
