The staff were friendly and accomodating to us. They were flexible with check in times, allowing us to use their extra facilities and the owner Oliver drove me to Andermatt at 5 am in his van because the public transport had not started for the day.

We get a message a few hours before we arrived. The problem was we didn't got internet in Switzerland.
So we didn't now we get a message. We pressed on a doorbell of one of the persons in the complex.
It was a very sweet Ukranian men that helped us. He gave us a wifi code and told us about the message and code to get the key.
We booked this appartement for us and our 2 baby's. It was to small for 4 people.
It looks bigger on the pictures, but its very small.

Very good value for money. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Toilet was clean. I'd recommend messaging the owner directly advising of your arrival time as they don't read the time you enter on booking.com.

The room was sweet and comfortable, and the bonus of the pussy cats at the property was great. The views were stunning and although just off the road, it was quiet, and easy to find. Breakfast was lovely.
We asked about things to do nearby and were told about the cable car right next door which led to a fantastic walk.
Wonderful place, in the middle of the Alps but conveniently located near the Gotthard tunnel. The staff is very friendly. Typical Swiss food in the restaurant was nice too, with local cheese and meat from the village nearby.
The location is beautiful and in close proximity to the A2 highway. We were en route from The Netherlands to Tuscany and stopped here because we wanted to cross the Gotthard pass by morning.
Excellent location for overnight stop to be early at the Gotthard tunnel or pass the next day. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, plenty of free parking spaces. Has its own restaurant and terrace but also several other restaurants in few minutes reach by car.
Lovely mountain location there's a short steep walk at back of hotel up the hill. Cable car next to hotel takes you to a picture perfect lake
