We were upgraded to the Junior suite and the room was amazing with a stunning view of the Lucerne lake. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were great. We had no issue with car parking. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiting staff were very attentive. Both dinner and breakfast had a good range of options available for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The small town and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is popular with locals and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The owners Patricia and Soren and their staff are very welcoming. The location of the town is very good with raill & bus links to almost anywhere. Swiss rail lived up fully to its reputation. A Cable car is situated 200m from hotel and reaches the 1900m at the top of Stanserhorn in minutes. Recommend purchasing a "Tell Pass"

It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great.
The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water.
There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks.
We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

Everything felt like old-school, high-class luxury: the rooms were clean, and the staff were gentlemen and ladies all around. The spa is amazing, featuring a couple of dry saunas, a wet sauna, a cold plunge pool, ice baths, and a high-class spa experience all at your disposal. There's also a cool indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The location was fantastic, offering an amazing view of the lake, and the breakfast was pretty good. It was as described and beyond, I'd say.

The hotel is conveniently located just 6-8 minutes from Hergiswil train station and close to the ferry to Lucerne. It's also an easy trip to Mt. Pilatus. Nice swimming pool and spa. There are spectacular views of Lake Lucerne. The breakfast is brilliant.
Great location high up over Hergiswil with lovely views. room was on the small side but very clean and perfectly functional - bathroom was also very clean. staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, mainly cold buffet style with plenty of choice.
Five of us (4 adults + 1 baby + 2 dogs) spent 6 nights in this beautifully renovated small apartment! The location is extraordinary, everything you need can be found within a few hundred meters. The view of Mount Pilatus surrounding the city is beautiful! The equipment of the apartment is flawless. I would like to highlight the communication with the host! We got to know an extremely helpful and flexible person, for which we are very grateful.
The hotel is located in a extraordinary place. Views are breathtaking. Breakfast in front of the lake is a dream. Room was big, good bathroom, a bottle of water to drink, nice robes and slippers. The spa area has a wonderful set of saunas.
Some of the staff are really competent, others less so, but all pleasant and polite.
An amazing hotel with all the facilities that are needed for a great stay. What we enjoyed the most is the outside area, directly located at the lake. No hidden costs for parking, dogs etc. We felt very welcome here and enjoyed our stay!
