Fantastic and friendly staff...great location, and wonderful lakeside terrace for lunch or casual dinner with great bar and cold draft Bier ! Also, for anyone wanting to take a lake cruise, the ferry stops in front of the hotel...even if you just want to go to Zurich for a look at the city. Gym is not bad either !

Beautiful clean room very good breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly next to a shopping centre and large supermarket the town was really lovely and very close train station good for travelling into zurich would recommend staying in this town and catching train to zurich 20 min train ride rather than staying in zurich itself zurich is very expensive

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was very instrumental in getting us transportation to the airport especially after we had booked two other parties previously, but they did not show up. She was awesome!!!
