Breakfast was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We didn't even know that there was others in the hotel as the rooms were quiet.i was able to go down and grab a coffee whenever I wanted .the maple cinnamon waffles were so good .

The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing. The omelet meal was wonderful and such a full meal we needed no lunch.

Nice, spacious rooms with a lot of good hotel services. Staff were great and it is pet friendly. Perfect location if you are taking the ferry to Bar Harbor.
Close to ferry from Maine. Staff was very nice and restaurant located in hotel served a nice breakfast. This hotel needs to be updated. Carpet in room was worn and dirty. TV did not work but staff was helpful and got that straightened out
Very comfortable room with exceptional staff and service. We took the CAT ferry to Bar Harbor Maine from Yarmouth and went on as foot passengers. We were able to leave our car and Peter, the host, drove us to the ferry. He was very courteous, informative, and helpful and even offered to pick us up on our return, which he did. He could not have been more considerate and helpful and made everything very easy for us. We also appreciated the lovely breakfast they provided. Thank you Peter and best wishes
Great location and amenities, all staff were great. Room comfortable, mini-fridge, flat surfaces, plumbing, outlets & electricity, WiFi, pet friendly (with surcharge). Nice park across the street, close to the harbour, great restaurants & shops walkable, lots of parking, safe area. Very short drive to all big box stores.
