The staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly. i interacted with maybe 10 different staff members and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were also super kind to my dog which was a great added bonus.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment with a great view of the marina. The lake was warm enough for swimming. Convenient parking in front of the building. Supermarket just around the corner. The price was high, but we visited during the peak season in summer.

The manager/reception person was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He upgraded me to a quiet room without increasing the cost. I really like the fact that the river was right behind the hotel and across the river was a beautiful woods to walk in.

The house is very well equipped, with all the necessary kitchen and cleaning utensils. The location is great, very quiet and pleasant, just a few minutes driving from Mont Tremblant and a lot of lakes.

Communication with honour was quick and really polite
Clean, bright, spacious, comfortable home located on a property surrounded by the forest and close to restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Everything you needed was available, even toys for our infant son to play with. Big bright windows, wood for the fireplace, coffee, washing machine made available, soft and beyond comfortable bedding. Amazing stay!
The Manoir is beautifully well kept, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are lovely and the staff and service was exceptional. The hotel is pet friendly, and the staff took such kindness to our puppy. They even accommodated us with a mini fridge, needed for his food. The food was also delicious, though we only ate in the bar area where we could bring our dog.
Service was very friendly and helpful. View was okay, but location on hill was very nice. Public fireplace was appealing. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and recently renovated. Concierge was helpful.
