An excellent location right on the Saint Lawrence River with great views out from our windows in room 16. Peaceful and quiet at the river end of the motel and a shopping centre for food a short walk away.
The fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware were an added bonus as was the likeable owner/manager. Bathroom was clean and the water hot with good pressure. We would stay here again!
Older style property but room was bright, airy and well provisioned. Beds comfortable. Kitchenette greatly appreciated. Right on river side, excellent location.
Super clean. Quiet. Beautiful views. Restful sounds of water lapping on the shore.
We were just passing through and needed a place to sleep. This is the only hotel in the area, and we were a little weary of the locations exteriors photos on the website.
We were so pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness and how well maintained the room was.
Don’t get me wrong, this is not a 5 star, but you wont find a 3 star as well kept and comfortable as this place.
The location, right on the river, was great. The corner room was large, with windows on three sides. The manager (owner?) was pleasant and helpful. We were just passing through and stayed one night.
While the furniture resembled a garage sale collection, everything was spotlessly clean and was functional. This location was the closest thing to where we needed to be the next morning at an early time. OK for a night - though it was noisy from adjacent rooms - but could not have stayed longer for our own peace of mind.
It’s in a very good location.
Very clean and comfortable. The rooms were renovated but the big issue is the cigarette’s smell. It’s a Motel and we stayed there during the F1 WE. Hotels in Montreal were around 600$. So, it was worth it if you don’t mind the smell.
This is an older motel that must have been great at one time, Now it is in need of renovation. However the staff is very pleasant. The basis were all good: clean linen, cleanish room, although the edges all were in need of a deep clean. Bed was very good, most oher furniture were dated. Large new TV. Bathroom old but clean. Kitchenette included with plates, silverware, pots etc. Excellent location on the river. very good wifi. Metro Grocery store 3 minute walk.
