Holiday Inn trains its staff very well and I congratulate them on that....best reception staff that I have ever ever encountered. The room was great, clean ,comfortable..very impressed. I would stay here again. Great breakfast also. Wonderful place( none of my family or friends work here).

The hostess was extremely friendly, offering to take our luggage upstairs for us. Her mother, who was also there, gave us a history of the property, as well as told us about the WIdows’s Watch, which we visited. Great view of the city from there! The room was very comfortable, with both a queen bed and a single bed. We were given the option of either 8:00 am or 9:00 am for breakfast. Wonderful breakfast of eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, coffee.

Location was perfect! The Staff, Daniel, Tara exceptional! Everyone else was also very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They are pet friendly including our kitty. Many places are labeled "pet friendly" but they usually are dog friendly, but not cat friendly. LOVED this place!
Also, parking is secure. We were concerned because we had our e-bikes and cargo carrier. Daniel took great care of us and parked us in a safe location
