The crew was amazing. I am traveling a lot but I rarely experience such a friendly staff. The motel is under new management and obviously they do their job well. Rooms were clean and good, patience for some clarification during check-in was great and the kids and our dogs loved the stay. Only breakfast did lack some quality.

Didn’t have breakfast. On my way early to get to fort St. John. Appreciated coffee in room to take with me. Paid extra for my cat. It is nice to have pet friendly motels available.

The staff was not friendly, the room was dirty and the carpet was nasty. I would avoid this property because of the unclean condition of the room, and the security in the casino seemed to be angry at everyone. This property has a good location, and reasonable rates.

The location was great and close to our jobsite. The accommodation was not a Ritz but was a good value fir the money. The owner seems to continuously renovate. He also has chairs and tables as well as barbeques in front of the units. We did not have a carpet flooring like people mentioned before but lino planks. It is close to the highway but most of the hotels in Quesnel are. We actually had a really good sleep.

We never stayed there. We booked there because it advertised as pet friendly. When we arrived at 5 PM we were told there were no pet rooms available. We had unpacked our van and we had plans to meet friends for supper at 5:30. They did call another hotel for us who had a pet friendly room. This is not acceptable. Somewhere on the booking it should confirm a pet. It asks how many adults and how many children but does not ask how many pets.

This is the old style “Motor Hotel” with exterior room entrances located in an industrial area, but don’t judge a book by its cover, this place is a gem. Staff was helpful and accommodating, room was beautifully updated, squeaky clean and fresh smelling (it was even a pet friendly room). Ample parking for a large Uhaul with trailer. It’s also an RV park, so there is a little playground and large lawn out back. Lobby/ Breakfast decor reminded me of an upscale B&B, the room had a nice fridge and bed felt like a cloud.
