Although it is an older motel we were very pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It was very quiet even though it was fully booked. When we arrived it was raining and the man attending the counter opened the door for me when he saw me heading to the office. He was courteous and offered some helpful advice about dining options in the area.
This hotel is a 5-minute drive from Highway 401 and a 2-minute drive from downtown Cornwall. It features a 42-inch flat-screen TV in each room and serves a continental breakfast every morning.

Food area in breakfast room was clean and the food was good. A lady was available to help which was helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the room had a small clean fridge and toiletries were nice. My husband had a nice bath but the spout continued to drip most of the night despite him trying hard to stop it. Room was quiet which made for easy sleeping.

Nice staff, decent size room. Furniture condition was questionable. Shower water lines were reversed so hot was cold an cold was hot. Ok for adults, not kids.

It was excellent value for the money. Friendly check in, close to a decent restaurant. We drove through the lovely parkway across the islands on our way back to the 401 west. Very pretty. Although the review I saw said that pets were not allowed, a man showed up with his puppy asking for a room, and a pet friendly room was found for him. He was treated very nicely.
What did I like? Not much.
It was cheap and it allowed my dog to stay in the room.
Now when I say that there was a charge for the dog. 15 dollars extra I believe. I was travelling with my dog so this place was on the short list that allowed pets. Of course they don't tell you that there is a charge for the pet until you get there.
They had beds....sheets were clean. That's the best I got folks. See below.
The location was convenient for the dog show.
There was a nice treed trail across the road.
The check in staff was very friendly.
The room was pretty spacious.
