This Alberta hotel is 5 minutes’ drive to Central High River, which offers shopping and dining. The hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub area and twisty slide into the pool.

Guest rooms feature traditional decor and huge windows a Super 8 High River. The rooms are also equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.

The pool hours were decent. Generally, the pools open at 9am and close by 9pm. We were able to go swimming, come back up for food, and then go swimming again to tire the kids out before bed. The breakfast was also good, minus the eggs. I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs you mix with liquid 😶 The beds were comfy also.

Spacious room, handy location for supplies and food outlets. Bonus views out to mountains in the distance - magical. Fellow on reception supplied fresh milk for my coffee.

The staff was friendly and quickly worked to resolve my requests, and questions. Unfortunately, my room had 2 large wet dog pee spots on the carpet. The carpets were dirty in both rooms. Continental breakfast was average selection but poor quality. The area for breakfast made social distancing impossible. The pool area, while lots of fun for the kids with the slide, was dirty. Both the pool, and the washrooms in the pool area were dirty.

The property was immaculate and the staff was excellent. From start to finish everything about our stay was perfect. The gym was clean and modern the room Was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot breakfast and great value for our money. Also Roxanne ( one of the front desk ladies) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful pointing out points of interest and giving us a map and directions of where to go. Rose was also very friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly too.
