You can park right outside your room so it's great for bringing things in and out and getting to your vehicle. Some essentials close by, groceries, dollar store, fast food, beer. lcbo, etc. Can even walk to these places. Wifi, decent sized TV, fridge....good storage for clothes etc.

I was in Guelph for a dance competition at the Delta. Myself and 2 other moms and our girls stayed here. We had the perfect amount of space for all of us and the location was excellent.
For the first time booking a hotel on line, the pictures of the room matched the spaciousness and layout of the room! Our main concern was it being a pet friendly hotel, and so it was. We will definitely stay at this hotel again given the chance.
The place was clean but it is just so very old. The carpets in the room should be taken out as it was gross. But there was a new tv. But I wouldnt want to spend any time lounging in the room. The two front reception ladies were really nice but It really is a super old building and needs updating. The location was great though!
The location by the university campus was perfect for us as we brought our dog to have surgery done at the Ontario Veterinary College. We found the hotel comfortable, clean, and quiet. Every member of staff we interacted with was very friendly and professional. I loved having a desk because I was working remotely. Free parking was also a bonus. Overall, a very pleasant experience, we would stay again in a heartbeat.
It is a bonus that I can bring my dogs.
