An incredibly spacious property on the bank of the river. Use of a kayak and paddle board was an added bonus. Huge kitchen with everything supplied. Hot tub, fire pit and even a downstairs drinks counter. Very quiet. The kids had such a great time swimming in the river. Rooms were all very comfortable, the pics do not do this place justice.

Great location, clean and had everything we needed. And and Bill messaged us with checkin info and the breakfast was healthy, fresh and had the items we requested beforehand. Very cute little BnB and lovely chatting to Bill at breakfast.
The spacious and immaculate room was a delight, particularly the balcony which offered a serene view of the golf course. The staff's exceptional service stood out, reflecting their remarkable training. Their attentiveness made us feel valued and surpassed the experience at many renowned chain hotels we've visited. Additionally, the hotel's dog-friendly policy was a wonderful bonus for us.
It’s good value for money. Pretty simple and outdated, but clean and convenient place for Muskoka adventures. The great advantage for us-they are dog friendly!
Front entry and gardens were very unkept. Rooms needed to be cleaner; it was like the same cloth was used to clean everything. Hair on bathroom floor, walls and fingernails (not ours) on bathroom vanity. Tub mat was not clean. Carpet very old looking. Breakfast was minimal. Location was convenient. Two of the three staff, at the front desk were nice.
Perhaps new carpeting would make this hotel much more appealing, it’s quite dated and makes it look old. Bed and pillows super comfy. Staff very friendly, excellent location.
The room had a smell like an old hotel that hadn't changed the carpets since people were allowed to smoke in hotel rooms. The staff were very friendly and offered to change us rooms. That room also had the same smell. We were offered Febreeze which made it bearable. Other than that the breakfast was good and they accommodated us early. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The location is good and quiet.
