The property has some redeeming qualities. Front desk employee was very friendly although was reluctant to share ownership/management information and lacked ability to resolve customer concerns. Close to the Confederation trail which is great for walking and biking.
The Brudenell River Golf Course is just across from this resort. Two on-site restaurants and 1 bar are available to guests, as well as a full spa. Rooms all feature a pool and lake view.

The atmosphere, the staff were so great, the pool and hot tub were great, there's a kids game room that was great too.

The best property we stayed at in our five week trip through Canada and the US. We had the “Captain’s Room”, big airy and quiet (we could open the windows for fresh air) the location is great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy - felt like home!
The Fish Pie WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EATEN - ANYWHERE!! Breakfast was excellent too.
For my purposes the location is ideal. The breakfast menu was more than enough to suit my needs. I was impressed and very pleased by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and the proprietors. A+
A really lovely location in a beautiful little town. This house is spectacularly maintained with amazing original features; wooden floors, chandeliers, furniture and many more authentic touches. The bedroom was so comfortable, pristine and elegant. The staircases are lovely with great furnishings . There are outside balconies with sea views where you can sit and relax. Breakfast was lovely with many choices all freshly prepared and served in a lovely dining room.
