I stayed in TH5 and it had a nice little porch that faced the mountains. The loft bed was also super cozy, will definitely stay again! The private little hot tub room is so quaint, you have to sign out 30 min slots. Perfect for those times you prefer a more private experience.

The staff were brilliant particularly Laura who assisted us above and beyond after we couldn't get the Wi-Fi or TV working then locked out self out of the bathroom...one call to reception and up came Laura with the toolbox..this girl needs a promotion you have a diamond. We loved our stay! Our room was in the perfect position overlooking the river & stunning mountain scenery with a lovely balcony. Checkin was smooth & the staff were friendly & efficient. The accommodation was very clean & well presented with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the free continental breakfast of boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt, oranges.. There was not time to experience the hot tub, pool or spa but they look great in the photos. We look forward to staying again!
