During Covid, most motels only provide a cold bag breakfast, this motel gave hot breakfast custom made and provided to every person to take out! Outstanding service. I need to share a story. the day b4 I called the hotel and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, no one returned to the phone, I was angry. When I arrived at the hotel, I met the lady who placed my call on hold....however, I saw her in action. She was by herself, training a new employee. There were about 10 people waiting in line to check-in, no other staff, the phone constantly rang. She was VERY professional, answered the phone, placed them on hold and returned her attention to the person she was working with. It was a demonstration in Multi Taking at its best and most demanding. I was very impressed with her calm demeanor. I made sure t acknowledge her great performance. These kind of employees are hard to find..
