The host was very responsive, friendly and prompt. The place was exactly as pictured and clean. Location was good, parking was easy. Bed was comfortable. Overall, I gave the property a 10 star rating because it was exactly as described with no unpleasant surprises.

The house, located in a very quiet, residential area, is very spacious and modern, with a driveway right up to the front door. The kitchen was well equipped and very user-friendly, complete with dishwasher, very large fridge and plenty of kitchenware for our group of 5. The centre island counter is a nice touch as the cook can be conversing with the rest of the crowd while preparing meals! With 4 sofas in the living room, there was room for everyone to hang out. And who could resist the foosball table in the middle of the room - lots of laughs and fun! There are 2 ultra-modern washrooms on the 2nd floor, as well as a 2-piece on the first! One of the bedrooms has a balcony, which is a great plus if you want a quiet retreat from the rest of the gang! There is also a large backyard with a BBQ and picnic table. Finally, the communal swimming pool is only steps away from the unit. Wished we had booked for a longer stay!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Being on a busy road the rooms were so quiet. It was very peaceful. Sue one of the staff was awesome! She was extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. She obviously takes pride in her work because our suite was incredibly clean. The beach is a short walk and private. The village and collingwood are very close. What even made it better its pet friendly. We will defintely be back!

Room had a decent view. Was in a great central location. Room had a laminate floor (so much cleaner than carpet). Had enough bed space for our four children (two queen size beds and one pull-out couch). Decor was a bit dated but fine.
The host, Ajay, was wonderful, very courteous, prompt with responses and communication and eager to assist our needs.
The house was very clean and attractive. It is a new build in a new and clean neighborhood. It's very close to everything. We loved that the home did not have any carpeting and had an open concept, spacious feel. Everything worked well., including appliances.
The showers, bathrooms and washroom were spacious and very clean.
The beds were comfortable and the comforters were light and perfect for this time of year.
