Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the lady in the dinning room was super nice. Swim pool and hot tub were very clean and warm, only thing was the deepest water was just 1.2m 😅

Park Hill Inn and Suite was a complete surprise. We didn't expect much, so what we did get was a delightful surprise. Check in and check out were friendly and efficient. When we got to our room, we found it was much larger and more comfortable than expected. We liked the lay-out of the room with the sink outside of the bathroom/shower area. There was a microwave and fridge, a definite plus. The bed was very comfy. The crowning touch was the complimentary breakfast. In addition to yogurt, cereal and toast, there were hot items of hash browns, sausage, pancakes and scrambled eggs plus croissants. We were very impressed by the energy and friendliness of Glenda who oversaw the whole operation. She's doing a superb job! We'll certainly be back on our next stop in Red Deer! It looks like there were some recent renos done. The work done in the toilet/shower area was well done.

Great location to Hamlets Senior Lodge, as that is why we come every 6-8 weeks to Red Deer to visit a Parent.

I had a wonderful time and have nothing but good things to say about the property and staff however I had booked for a week on Booking.com, it entered into my calendar as 7 nights but I was only booked into the hotel for 6 nights by Booking.com … solving this issue was a blemish on my otherwise lovely vacation. I will not use Booking.com again
Pleasant, helpful front desk staff; great location, easy access to Lacombe and Red Deer. Breakfast was sufficient with typical pancake machine; eggs, potatoes, selections of meat in warmer; various breads, hard boiled eggs and 2 cereal choices; a bowl of fruit.
