The location is amazing, you can go for a walk at 10pm and it is extremely safe and you'll find people (families) walking their dogs, people playing dodgeball or football in public spaces and a dozen food trucks within 1km, every night! The apartment is perfectly equipped for either someone needing a place to work, with a desk, office chair and internet (the Wi-Fi modem was also quite good) or just a place to sleep as I did.
It is also 1 block from Águas Claras Shopping mall and a couple blocks from Águas Claras metro station.
The host Miro was always available to talk to and was extremely thoughtful, leaving soft drinks, chocolate and instant noodles for me on the first day, along with one of those dental paste + toothbrush kits! Anything you need you can ask Miro -- and maybe he'll even think of things you didn't. It is those small things that really makes one feel welcome in the end. It was an absolute pleasure to arrange and meet him in when I was leaving, a shame I couldn't stay longer.
