The staff were friendly and helpful. Dimitar picked me up from the station on arrival and drove me to Veliko Tarnovo for a very fair price on departure. They allowed me both an early check in and late check out. The room was clean and comfortable and had a balcony where I could drink my coffee and enjoy the view of the mountains.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ARHEYA 1 in Karlovo, Bulgaria, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The beds were comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep and the amenities provided were top-notch, including an equipped kitchen and a pristine bathroom. the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom has its toilet and shower so there are 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is a self-check-in/check-out option which is great, Anna gave us good recommendations regarding a place to eat dinner. The location is perfect for exploring Karlovo and the surrounding areas. It’s conveniently situated near key attractions, yet offers a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, our one-night stay at this apartment in Karlovo was fantastic.
