The rooms were clean and very well set out. There is a television in the dining space, and another in the bedroom (smart TVs). The bedroom was separate from the living space, and the bedroom was large. The bed was incredibly comfortable, also. It is outside of Melbourne, but only a short 20 minute drive from the CBD. Was close to walking to shops or sitting by the water. The hotel close by was lovely for a meal,staff were friendly and service was great, could listen and watch the chefs at work. Their meals were delicious.

The location was great, and we could go to various attractions easily. There was a kettle, toaster and microwave plus a small table and 2 chairs and a reasonable sized tv. Friendly staff, clean linen, vacuumed carpet. Clean benches. The bathroom was a reasonable size however, I would have preferred a bench and basin in the bathroom.
