Excellent location with great views. Complimentary snacks on arrival. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable furnishings, beds etc. Excellent ammentities with 2 x bathrooms and full kitchen (including coffee maker). Close to tram, restaurants, bars and the harbour/beaches.
