I stayed here previously in a shared room. This time I stayed with my partner in one of their glamping rooms. The comfort in the setting is amazing. Every time we used the facilities they were exceptionally clean. The location is amazing to move around the island in bus. And if you hire a car with them, their prices are very competitive and vehicles very well kept. The staff is very friendly. The owner has been onsite both times and his knowledge and love for the island is shared with visitors, he gave us amazing tips.
I loved the location and the apartment it self was well designed.
The pool was also great for my little one and I appreciated that I could take my pets with, as they are family to us.
the location and view are perfect for a holiday. we rode our bikes from Townsville, there was plenty of space to keep the bikes safe and dry. we were also pleased our dog was welcome. great spot will return again and again!
Complex very pretty with flowers around the pool. Big smart TV with Netflix & Stan. Good kitchen with all cooking needs catered for. Host catered for our pet with surprise treat on arrival.
there was some dust in the every room, bedrooms smell like a humid carpet, no actual dooner (really itchy blanket without the top sheet), location perfect as 2mim walking distance from the shop and the pharmacy and the bottle shop, beach view and lovely neighbours !!
Great location, good size rooms and bathrooms but a need of a face-lift.
The carpets are so badly stained and dated.
doors are loud and noisy and noise from outside echos through the rooms.
wonderful staff, friendly and helpful, nice views of the marina from the room.
really good hotel and location - just need a facelift and would be great if the noise from outside didnt reflect in the rooms so much.
