Good price for holiday season and close to Charlotte Pass. The owner provided extremely good instructions to get to the property. There was enough space to park 2 cars. The kitchen was well stocked with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave. Owner also provided good variety of teas, spices, salt, pepper, etc. Plenty of towels provided. A washing machine and dryer was also provided in the bathroom/laundry. Heater in all rooms (both bathrooms as well) worked extremely well as it got unusually cold for start of April in 2023. Bathrooms were also well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap toilet paper, and there was plenty of hot water for a group of 9 adults. The single room downstairs is a dormitory-style room multiple bunk beds that would be good for family with children.
