Really spacious, well looked after and provided for, clean, great location, amazing views and the log fire is awesome. Even though we could take our pooch, you would never guess that dogs were allowed. I loved that the house wasn’t super duper fancy but was so well maintained, cosy and comfortable. There has been an investment of love in this place!

The down-south home of the past that I remember fondly. Quirky, well built, beautifully crafted, soulful. Just like it used to be in the 80's!
Quiet and very very peaceful. Loads of room and terrific places to sit on the verandah. Its also pretty close to town, which was surprising as to how quiet it was. You could even hear the ocean somewhere off in the background.
Dog was allowed which was great as a last minute plan! Thanks to the hosts for being so accommodating!
Bedding was more than adequate and the bathrooms were spotless.
Even saw kangaroos and joeys, which was lovely in the morning at brekkie.
As a side note: I left something behind and they were kind enough to help me out to get it back to me. Which was above what I would expect these days. It seemed to be no trouble at all. Five stars just for that!!

Helen & Frank are extremely attentive hosts - every little detail, and I mean *everything*, had been thought of, and dealt with, in advance. It was quite remarkable!
They were also very personable, charming, and easy to deal with.
The house itself is brilliant, and well covered on the website and in photos. The location is also great.

Good location. Some great walks with stunning views close by. Well equipped kitchen with a great array of condiments, dry goods, coffee pods etc. Very thoughtfully done. Overall the property was very comfortable.
Beautiful place, near the beach and a cafe, not too far from Margaret River town. Great that it is dog friendly. Clean and neat with a good sized bath and comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly owners who were quick to reply to messages.
I was also travelling with elderly pet dogs, who were made to feel very welcome. enjoyed being able to walk to the beachfront cafe, plus got a kick out of the spring flowers in the hinterland. Wonderful beds too!!
