Despite the fact that we came late for the check in..we rang the contact number of the hotel and the gentleman that spoke to us with a very good English explained perfectly how to get in the room and where to find the key..! Easy late night checking. Plus the manager, Chris was welcoming the next day. He was very informative and very helpful as I didn't speak any German. I was very impressed with how friendly and happy to help me out with a couple of issues I had with the wifi and navigated where to look for things and places to go. I will definitely be coming back as my daughter was getting married whilst I stayed at the Amedia. Surprised as it's a Budget Hotel.
