Nice hotel with good wi-fi and friendly staff. We were only there for one night. Room was OK the pillows a bit too soft for me but that's personal preference. Breakfast was very good and the best part for me was the amazing restaurant that they have behind the hotel. The food was very good

Excellent service, great breakfast, very nice room and other facilities. Isabella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property itself is very nice, the heated pool is a must to experience.

This place is really good value. It’s not five star in one sense (top hotels), but for a mountain chalet guest house it was perfect. Excellent breakfast. Good service throughout. The downstairs studio we had was spacious but had parked cars (including ours) right outside. But in the first week of August it wasn’t noisy. Very much on the main street with no grounds, but worked really well for us.
Schloss Matzen is a carefully renovated, 1000-year-old castle overlooking the Inn River. It offers a spa area in a historic tower, free WiFi, and free private parking.

Amazing building, well restored. The room was large and comfortable and warm (the weather was very cold and rainy). The bathroom was enormous! You need to be fairly fit to get about but that was part of the charm. The breakfast was excellent.

Room very spacious and freshly renovated, bathroom confortable and with every amenity you might need. Beds quite good. Breakfast was superb, a large selection of hot and cold drinks, sweet and salty food. Staff extremely gentle and helping. Parking is free, which is a fantastic extra when travelling by car.

Our room was spacious and so comfortable and breakfast in the morning was second to none. This place really does have the WOW factor - we can highly recommend Weiherhof as a place to stay when visiting Alpbach.

Such a beautiful location between mountain ranges, family style ownership and super friendly staff. The restaurant had great food and the rooms were super cosy. Beds were so comfy and it was nice and quiet at night. We had a great stay!
The apartment was very spacious, 3 bedrooms were very convenient with our 4 children there. We were warmly welcomed by host Peter, he was our best host ever! He helped us plenty with the practicalities of our first real ski trip. He was ready to help us every day with anything we had questions about. We got lots of tips about skiing, after all Peter has been a professional ski instructor.
The ski area in Alpbach is not far away and is very beautiful.
It was great located with super view. Easy access by car but also nice walk to bus stop. Breakfast is super and the owners are friendly and taking care for guests
very comfortable and a great location for exploring the Tyrol. Great breakfast - Austrian meats and cheese with rolls, jam, cereals, fruit and fresh coffee. We were also offered boiled eggs, which were cooked to perfection. All very relaxed. Wifi was a little tricky to get onto but was not bad when we got it working. The room was certainly big enough for the 3 of us and the shower/toilet all worked very well. Would certainly recommend this guest house.
