Not my first time at this atmosphere resort 😍.. they really follow customer experience approach.. your whole journey in staycation is well served by the hospitality staff. The breakfast buffet is really good, and thanks to the team Muskan and sandy sheila yasir jas and kav for the hospitality they well served beyond the expectation .

Very comfortable apartment, high ceilings kept the property cool ( though also air conditioning if you need it). Excellent location - easy to get to shops , restaurants etc . Nice area . Good WiFi . Sadiq ( caretaker ) was very friendly and helpful . Provided water and snacks for our arrival and responded immediately when we messaged him . Yard was secure for our small dog . Plenty of parking space .

Property management was very attentive and super quick in answering our messages. The location is great as well, and the apartment is a bit small but you have everything you need. They also allow dogs which is not common for Al Ain and we were extremely happy about it.
