Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. We travel a lot and this apartament is one of our favorites ever.

Location is good as it's a short distance to a hiking area we're interested and fair enough to go to downtown area. Facility was clean and neighbor area really beautiful and quite. Neighbors were really nice helping us out when we had trouble finding parking spot and getting into the apartment.

The spacious, comfortable, well appointed apartment had double doors onto a large balcony with mountain views. The sun streamed into the living space. The central location meant you could walk down to shops and restaurants. The staff and manager were friendly and offered great advice, information and directions to local attractions and recommended restaurants. The overall look of the hotel blended in perfectly with the alpine landscape. The hotel communications pre visit were excellent.
Marc was very attentive to all our needs. He maintained clear communication with us throughout. The spa was incredible and well maintained. The apartment had everything you need and more!
We got very detailed description about how to get the keys, as we arrived after the reception opening hours, we managed to find it. The location was great with beautiful view for the mountains. The apartment was great and big enough for 4 people. The weather was little bit cold but they provided us extra heating system.
