We'll stay here again at the end our holiday back to the airport.

The cleanliness of the entire hotel from parking lot to the rooms were excellent. The hotel smelled very nice and the staff were nice and friendly. We got to enjoy the pool and the breakfast was a plus.

The sheets in my room were dirty and I was told they did not have more but could provide an extra blanket. The shower head was dirty and corroded. People were hanging out in the parking lot and overall it didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was bland. There were dried scrambled eggs, hash browns and dry sausage. The waffle station was the only saving grace. It was not worth the price.
The lobby is beautiful and very inviting. Parking was easy to access and in a good location, felt safe and there are parking lot cameras as well. Restaurant was very clean and gave a homey western feel with upscale dinner options. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
The location was perfect. There were a lot of stores and restaurants in a short distance from the hotel. It was very quiet, even with us at the front near the parking lot. A good variety of TV channels. The staff was super welcoming and always made sure to make sure we didn't need any help
Property was gross. There were cockroaches and the staff acted like that was OK. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a partial refund. I’ve yet to see the $30. Do not go to this place. I wouldn’t leave my car parked in the parking lot.
Usually for 3-star hotels in the US, my expectation of the room cleanness and furniture condition is very low, but this hotel, it raises the bar, the hotel condition is very good and room are very clean and tidy, and the furniture condition is very good, the location of the hotel in the downtown with walking distance to the offices area, also the hotel provide free parking, the breakfast was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is security at night guarding the parking lot
Everything on this hotel was perfect fine for me. Special thank you for to have secure parking lot. And the breakfast was excellent. I will be back stay in this hotel again. And I will recommend to stay in Drury inn in Houston galleria.
