Our hotel guests automatically have a complementary private parking. Everything was great! Pivovar is a very nice place. They have a Czech bakery there and their pastries are incredible. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant were great. Room have beautiful furniture. The next time we go to Waco we will definitely live in the Pivovar.

The hotel and facilities are run to a high standard. However its all about the city centre location and secure parking Good pool to cool down at the end of the day and good quality breakfast
The location was great! the ocean was right across the street and a crosswalk was near entrance of parking lot. Walmart was also across a joining street! check in and getting to the room was easy and quick.
Property was gross. There were cockroaches and the staff acted like that was OK. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a partial refund. I’ve yet to see the $30. Do not go to this place. I wouldn’t leave my car parked in the parking lot.
Usually for 3-star hotels in the US, my expectation of the room cleanness and furniture condition is very low, but this hotel, it raises the bar, the hotel condition is very good and room are very clean and tidy, and the furniture condition is very good, the location of the hotel in the downtown with walking distance to the offices area, also the hotel provide free parking, the breakfast was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is security at night guarding the parking lot
