The house is very clean and houseguests remain quiet. The apartment is very close a metro station so it is very easy to travel to downtown. Parking might be a little troublesome if you are travelling with a car. But in the neighborhood some people rent their driveways at a cheap price, say $10 a day. You can find nearby private rental parking driveways at some apps.

Clean modern lines in the room. Staff were great and it was in a good location. Car parking near by. Not cheap.
Staff very friendly, very helpful & enthusiastic, competitively priced, very clean & well equipped room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, free very adequate breakfast & free parking. The hotel is approx 5 mins walk to the main street with all its stores & restaurants, the harbour is 10 mins walk away. Great place to base your vacation, go whale watching, visit Martha's vineyard, Nantucket & the beaches etc.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Communication with hosts was good. The location was perfect for taking the train to the centre of Boston and for driving around the area. Ample street parking.
wow, what a fabulous hotel this is. the room was very comfortable and clean, the reception team were friendly and helpful and the view was great. the location was perfect. situated in a very safe area and a short stroll to some wonderful restaurants and to the freedom trail. the hotel offers a valet car parking service too which was efficient. i was really impressed with this hotel.. excellent excellent excellent
A room and bathroom ware clean. But blinds in bathroom have much dust. They have an underground parking, but it does not cover all guests. If you arrive late, there is no place. You need to park you car at outside parking lot.
The location in the centre of Northampton was ideal. The restaurant was easily accessible. The availability of free parking in the hotel car park was extremely convenient.
Breakfast was great! The staff made sure there was plenty of everything at all time. All was fresh and clean and the greatest variety I’ve seen in the states. The hotel staff were beyond kind, welcoming and helpful. We had to jumpstart our car and the Valet team helped us so much even though we didn’t even parked in their parking lot.
Right on arrival with your car you have to solve "the problem" of closed parking lot (nearly empty) and the valet parking. Inable to park you "voluntarily" decide for valet parking. This is for start. The lift from the ground does not work (allegedly because of the incursions of the homeless), so you have to ascend to the lobby with your luggage on foot.
