Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

Located near the Chicago River, the hotel with free WiFi access is 10 minutes’ walk from Navy Pier. This is a wonderful hotel! The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.

Less than a mile away from Grant Park and Millennium Park, this historic boutique hotel is located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood and features an on-site restaurant and state-of-the-art 24-hour business centre. Free WiFi is available. First of all location - next to the blue line to O'Hare airport. The hotel is next to the loop too and most of the downtown atractions are in the walking distance. Room was big and beds were really comfortable. They were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and super helpful- they would share what'd happening in the downtown worth seeing (blues festival). Great value for money. Lots of eating options nearby. I will come back here, if I'm ever again in Chicago.

The hotel was modern yet cheerful & colorful. The room was nicely organized and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains very effective (I slept until 10:30 & only b/c my son texted me!). Liked the later check-out (noon), otherwise I may not have been able to sleep-in.
