Cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. The front desk receptionist was knowledgeable and super friendly. The breakfast was also way better than any other I have had at any other hotel.

Parking always close room and room management was excellent, clean and daily. Very nice swimming pool and seating facilities to enjoy the location and tranquility. Need to review social and food as restaurant next door was not the best, but last time here, it was good. Plenty of options on the island to a very good quality. Excellent location for exploring the island with reception ensuring details of island available. Greatly enjoyed the visit.
Downtown Savannah, Savannah
Located in the heart of Savannah's Historic District and built in 1851, this Georgia boutique hotel offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. The Savannah College of Art Design is 12 minutes' walk away. Simply a beautiful place with such wonderful and lovely staff. Wish we were staying longer!!
Hiawassee

Our room at Retreat on the Lake was absolutely perfect. The room was large, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were great. We were surprised how quiet the road was. The location is perfect - just across from places like Tilted Cafe and Ingles Market, with lots of other amenities nearby too. We spoke with Chris on the phone as we hadn't received our door details (due to me having an international phone) and he was lovely - polite and helpful.
Alpharetta

Savannah
Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated B&B Zia Gianna features accommodation with a spa and wellness centre and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.2 km from Forsyth Park. The homestay has a hot tub and luggage storage space. We recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Zia Gianna and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly hosts Nino and Hans, who made us feel right at home. Not to mention, Bruno the dog was an absolute delight and the star of the show :-) The B&B itself was gorgeous and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. Nino is a fantastic cook, and we looked forward to waking up each day to a new culinary delight. Overall, I would highly recommend B&B Zia Gianna to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Savannah. The hosts were amazing. Thank you, Nino, Hans and Bruno, for a wonderful stay!

Great location, apartment was comfortable and well equipped - but see other comments Linen and towels of good quality Street noise at night was not as bad as we expected given the location so that was good We were lucky to get street parking right by the apartment on Broughton which, at a maximum of $24/day, was more convenient than the nearby parking garages
Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere in Helen so you don't have to use your car and pay for parking. The parking lots are mostly $10 so it was very convenient to be so close.
Zia Gianna offers a very familiar atmosphere and our room had everything that we could wish for. Host Nino was helpful in every respect and his culinary skills in preparing breakfast were outstanding. For guests arriving by car: Located in the Victorian zone of Savannah, street parking is not an issue and free of charge 24/7.

The front desk was cordial and helpful. The guest room was spacious, modern, and the bathroom was sleek with glass shower doors. There was ample storage with seven dresser drawers, and shelves for additional storage making this perfect for longer stays. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging electronic devices. I loved the kitchen area with the long countertops and huge sink and cabinets. Free parking with a large parking lot close to the hotel entrance so loading and unloading is very convenient.
The location is fantastic and the building is beautiful. There is a public car park literally behind the hotel, which is so handy and much cheaper than the hotel's valet parking (the hotel explains this in their communication to you).
The stay at the hotel was very good. Immediately after parking the car in the free parking lot, the staff unlocked the front door of the hotel. The door locked due to the large number of homeless people in the area. After a quick and efficient check-in, we were able to relax on the comfortable beds in the room.

The location was fantastic, near to everything we wanted. The staff were lovely and helpful but stopping outside to check in was a nightmare for us not knowing what we could and couldnt do. Eventually paid for valet parking although there was a public car park opposite the hotel.
The location was good, but definitely removed any of the charm one expects from Savannah. It was next to a brand new apartment complex and a park with nothing to it. It was close to the city. The valet employees were very kind, although they work for a third party company and are not employees of the hotel. We didn’t need to use valet because of ample street parking, but they were still kind and helpful.
