Breakfast is included - small individual portions (not a buffet, possibly because of the pandemic) - but very tasty and great coffee. Even so, the fantastic staff is where this hotel shines. Avril (manager) and her small team work incredibly hard to help guests. During our stay, a drunk guest caused a disturbance late one night. When brought to her attention in the morning (front desk is not 24/7, but there is a security guard), Avril immediately addressed and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated.

There is a snack bar serve great coffee and snacks on the 1st floor free of charge. The view is fantastic, especially if you are lucky to be checked in the 2 rooms that are facing the valley.

Hotel is slightly further as expected (about 8mins for me) - need to walk straight ahead and turn left (see 7-11 store) on 2nd traffic light, continue walk straight ahead u see Starbucks, hotel is next to it. Alot of eateries around hotel. Unisex hot spring jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna room available at rooftop - nice!
