The front desk receptionist was also very nice and friendly . Brother Oykan was always available to answer questions . And also the hotel offers tours in trabzon for very affordable prices.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a little old but very clean and welcoming. A few steps away from the main streets, restaurants and bars. They have a small parking area which they efficinetly manage with valet parking. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect directly in the middle of everything. The river, market, restaurants all around u. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The view from the hotel room was fantastic. There is no near car park but the staff take the car for parking
It is on a perfect location near to the medan, The staff is very polite and helpful, The rooms area is big and has lots of helpful facilities Especially i found the elec. stove and microwave very good addition I rented a car so they gave me a free parking in the basement which was useful and made our life easy Overall i enjoyed me and my family every minute there And we are planing to come back there again if we are ever in Trabzon
Location just few minutes from Medan. Big three bedroom apartment. Clean. Staff were helping us to handle our luggage and they have didcated car parking lot.
The staff were very friendly, the condition of the hotel is good and the location is excellent. They offer nearby free car parking in this busy area and valet service as well. They also have air conditioning in the rooms which was really good to have in this unusually hot summer.
