This is a very cute appartment, nice traditionell furniture and everything you need. It has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace with great views. The best thing is the proximity to the beach and la Marsa's restaurants. The host was amazing, he was flexible with the check-in. I actually forgot a few of my valuables in the accomodation and he was available immediately to help me retrieve them.

It is a lovely, spacious apartment and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable...breakfast staples (eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cookies), tea/coffee, toiletries, even toothpaste and extra tooth brushes. There is a big TV with many English channels. Heating is available in the living and bedrooms. A nice small patio to sit outside. There is a laundry machine to use. Owners are right next door for any questions or concerns. We contacted them using WhatsApp. The town center is a bit of a walk from the apartment but nothing too arduous. Make sure you try a Bambalouni (Tunisian donut) in town! The apartment is right up the road from the train station when coming from Tunis, or going to explore Carthage Ruins. I highly recommend staying at Olivia Guesthouse.

A recently renovated property, Chez ADAC is set in Sidi Bou Saïd near Amilcar Beach, Sidi Bou Said Beach and Corniche Beach. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is located 4.4 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum. As a solo traveler and it being my first time in Tunisia, I could not have had a better stay. Youssef was extremely kind and welcoming. He was always available and a phone call away if I had any questions. The apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the center of Sidi Boi Saïd and down the road for Carthage. Having an entire apartment to myself was very refreshing. Youssef had stocked the fridge with groceries prior to my stay so I was able to make a home cooked meal. Guests are also free to use the Netflix account on the television, which is an added bonus. As someone who has traveled all over the world, I would highly recommend Chez ADAC as it is one of the nicest places I have stayed in with a kind and respectful owner.

What an excellent little hotel, we were mostly the only guests and we could not fault the hotel, the accommodation and the staff.
