Mike is very nice and really seems to enjoy hospitality! we stayed in the tents and it was comfortable for a camping option! we shared a meal with everyone staying there, and Mae Sot is an interesting place to explore! We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back if ever in this area!

Breakfast is top notch and served by a friendly, polite, and helpful staff. My favourite property I stayed at in Thailand.

The little dining area and common toilet were well kept - clean and beautifully designed. Must stay if you love cats! :)

Nice and clean especially the owner he’s a nice guy Only the Parking lot , it’s only 2 parking lot available otherwise we need to park to the dirt next door, a bit far from the main road , car required
The big free parking. The room size and the three bathrooms. The complementary water and snacks. The free use of the washing machine and the dryer machine. The big TV with Netflix. The three terraces with table and chairs. The view from the main bedroom, from there, we were able to see squirrels jumping around. Good internet and strong wifi. The shower boxes have curtains to avoid splashing water all around the bathroom floors. The refrigerator, kettle, microwave, plates, and cup inside the living room. The very helpful and gentile staff.

The location is fantastic. One block away from One Nimman and the other mall, which have dozens of great food options for you, coffee, clothes, live music, etc. I walked pretty much everyday to the old city to do my exercise, it's about a 30min walk. Mimi and Turkey, who take care of the coffee shop give you a free coffee. They are the sweetest. My studio had a view to the parking lot/the mountains. I miss having the view to the mountains while I work. :)
Great location, less than a 10 minute walk and you feel really immersed in nature. Free parking for bikes and a good area to walk around. The pool was good to have as well and hammock areas to rest outside.
It's the perfect place! What else can we say? Privacy, Cleanliness, Spacious, Ambience, Sumptuous breakfast, Service, Tranquility, Great photo taking spots, private car parking lot, Value for $$$....the list goes on.
A hotel with many car parking lots. It's private and safe. Although, there is no breakfast but you can order McDonald breakfast set at the front desk.
Nothing I like. Room key didn’t work. Air cond remote battery died. TV screen so poor nor clear. Only a pillow provided, no small towel provide. Very noisy while people walk around and close the door. No car parking lots already full, no space for us since the guests of the pub nearby parked in the hotel’s parking area too.
