All units at the hotel are fitted with a seating area and a flat-screen TV. All guest rooms have a desk. The Centre Point Hotel Terminal21 Korat was just amazing. The staff, rooms, meals, location being able to park in the car park building which is part of the hotel and huge modern mall was just the icing on the cake. Was over visiting a family member in hospital. So to able to come back and be able to get anything we needed was just great. And of course the pool on the roof top was a good way to unwind.

There’s free afternoon tea everyday too but it’s weird that both of us had to share one piece of pastry eg one scone for both of us to share, one croissant to share etc Has an infinity pool and also nightly BBQ for a price. Bed is 2 super single joined together so it’s really big and pillows were excellent.

The staff is incredibly helpful.. in Khao Yai you have to go everywhere driving your car, also to get to the hotel you must do it by car.. so this hotel is perfectly located near to the attractions, has a restaurant and a rooftop for drinks and food and the game room is extraordinary; not just the playground for kids but also has a play station, and hundred of table games.. it was the perfect place to stay with my family! We celebrated Christmas in the hotel and there was live music and fireworks.. we really enjoyed it!

All the staff were lovely and the Manager always seemed to be around asking if everything was ok and if there was anything he could do to help. My whole stay in this hotel made me feel like I was somebody special not just another guest. Two other things I liked were, the table service at breakfast (the restaurant staff were super), and this might be a little odd but,,, the shower in our room was fantastic. After a long sweaty day out in the sun, it was a joy to get into something that actually showered you not just sprayed some water on you. All in all, I had a brilliant experience at this Clean, Friendly, Helpful hotel and would recommend that anyone traveling to Udon Thani should book and stay here. It's a 10 from me.

Two terraces, both with a beautiful view of the fantastic garden. Lovely quiet swimming pool, super friendly staff. There is a good restaurant a few steps from the lobby that also provides room service (there is a menu in your room and you can just call the reception and they will have it delivered). The breakfast is very extensive and is brought to your house. There is no in-house laundry service, but you won't notice that because the reception simply arranges for someone from outside the resort to pick up your laundry and you will get it neatly washed and folded back the next day. I can highly recommend this beautiful and quiet resort (near the entrance to the Khao Yai NP) to everyone.

I highly recommend Korat above other places like Bangkok, being in the heart of the culture is so incredible. Thailand is my favourite place and Thai people are the nicest, most polite people I have ever met in my life. you need to be good at parking to park behind the hotel for sure but, they do have someone there to guide you into a specific place!
