Guests can make free use of the hotel’s parking and WiFi service. We loved Hotel Arcanjo. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made it a priority to get our room ready early after a long flight and they had great recommendations for food. Definitely try Borda d’agua for delicious fish right in Lagoa. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The hotel was so central to all things we did on the island. The free breakfast was good! I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best spa hotels in Europe I can think of, it has unhurried, elegant and stress-free ambiance where you can drop in at the 24 hour open pools rich with iron minerals and the stunning volcanic-inspired spa. One of the best meals we’ve had on the Sao Miguel and staff that goes beyond on service without being obstructive. Had the Terrace Double room and very happy about it

The most wonderful people in a magical place. Stefan and Pedro have special places in my heart for the rest of time (and Lena and Sophie too!!) They have created an intentionally caring environment where you instantly feel at home. Something I haven't felt in a long time. It's contagious among the other travellers and it was a place we wanted to hang out at after the days of exploring. Always say yes the Stefan's pancakes and the family dinners at night- better than any restaurant on the island. Who knows, maybe you will even get a surprise birthday tiramisu and have 30th bday memories for the rest of your life🥰🥰🥰

The minute the gates open you feel at peace with this property. It breathes nature with all its animals, fruit trees and palm trees. I would never go back to a hotel in São Miguel once experiencing this beautiful Quintã. Claudia and Nicole were amazing and very attentive to our needs daily. My kids always looked forward coming back after exploring the beauty of this island. You felt free to enjoy the property and all its amenities. Amazing vacation that my kids and I will treasure forever.
