Late checkin was very easy, just had to open the keybox at the main entrance and get my key for my apartment. Staff was very helpful with instructions etc. The hotel is nicely located close to the main station, my room had a great view of the city itself. The center is in walking distance, but you can also take a tram right next to the hotel.
