Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this place. The hosts were very hospitable friendly and reliable. There was everything we needed and it was spotless, clean tidy and great interior decor. Off-street parking a bonus. Fenced off property with private back yard and outdoor area, perfect for our little dog. Everything provided for breakfast, great value for money. Very comfortable beds. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Location is perfect - most main attractions are walking distance and if not, easy enough to catch an uber. Car parks available for guests which is why I booked here as not many hotels in town offered free parking. Staff are lovely. Room was great. Clean, tidy and was cleaned every day ! Netflix, tvnz on demand etc on tv. Our room had a view of the city and was so nice to wake up too. I took my three year old and holiday and this place was perfect!
Nice room with good facilities and air conditioning. Good washing facilities as well. Car parking was interesting, but worked. It’s a stacking system that rotates, so beware of the car size & weight. Other parking nearby, but complicated paying structure.
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. For a studio apartment it was quite spacious. Clean throughout, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower and kitchen was functional. The car parking arrangement despite being somewhat pricey as a good way to keep the car safe and a guaranteed spot every night, because on-street parking was very limited and felt unsafe.

The valet service was great and really isnt an option because there is no street parking available , which is a information the hotel needs to state in their descrition.
Great location, amenities and staff. Being in the CBD free parking is limited, but we were able to find ample on street parking which was free on public holidays. Good value for a young family of 4

wonderful staff, beautiful rooms on the higher rise refurbished side, close to everything with lift access to Lambton Quay, main entry on The Terrace with car parking (paid) building and valet parking, restaurant Whitbys is huge, buffet and a la carte menu - fine dining and room service. stayed in a suite this time, upgraded, was huge and amazing with big windows and city views, separate bedroom separate toilet and bathroom with rain shower and separate big bath.
The Location was bang in the city, with on street parking not too far away, otherwise there is also a car parking block not far either. We really enjoyed it there and very good value for money
We had back from the south island by the interislander so the location was perfect. It was very well priced for a quick stop over for the night before continuing your trip home. There is no car packing on location, but there is a paid car parking lot less then a block away.
