Room is spacious with cooking facilities and balcony, and the water pressure is strong. Staff are friendly :) Would love to stay here again when visit Kaikoura next time.

we had an apartment with a separate entry and it was awesome. The character of the place was great, having kept the vault door in the bedroom made it really unique. The decor in the lobby and the historical artefacts of Oamaru was really interesting. The breakfast concept also suited us very well. All in all, it’s a very well designed boutique hotel with very nice and attentive staff. Definitely worth the stop.

A nice location; a comfortable old house with many flowers and trees around it; a very big two-level apartment with multiple bedrooms (actually, for up to 5-7 guests), which would be very convenient for a family with children; a very good and fully equipped kitchen; a comfortable sofa and armchairs in the living room; a very secure parking lot; very nice and helpful staff members.
my plans meant I only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. Really unique hotel, lovely owners and staff, and great location (I had a penguin watch booked which was easily drivable and even walkable). Breakfast is help yourself, you can make toast, there’s an array of fruit, yogurt, cereal too. Parking is available on street on in the supermarket car park out the back. Street parking is free after 5pm.
Brand new property in a post-earthquake infill development. Car park option was needed as no street parking - ever. Kitchen usable with good appliances. Bathrooms very good, beds comfortable, if a little high off the ground. Good location between Madras and Barbadoes streets made for easy access. Moderately short walks into central city, a bit further to the Arts Centre/Hagley Park. Good service from the CareBNB staff.
Beautiful, clean, modern hotel room. Comfy bed. Super friendly staff. Limited off street parking, but also some free parking on the road outside the hotel.
It was really peaceful, clean and comfortable. The showers were great too and cooking facilities were great. We were never really left having to wait to use anything. There is lots of free parking nearby too and we never went without a car parking space (parked on road).
Good location just a few minutes drive from the centre of Dunedin, shops etc. Quiet situation overlooking the trees of Jubilee Park, with a small terrace. Handy street parking nearby. Well equipped, clean and comfortable (very comfy sofa!). Fastest WiFi we have encountered so far in our New Zealand travels. Useful laundry room. Appreciated the provisions of tea, coffee, sweet treats etc, and bathroom toiletries. Also enjoyed meeting the cat who came to greet us! Great value. Lovely stay.

Rooms were spacious and clean. We had room with kitchenette which was convenient. Friendly staff, free parking on site. Good view of the Remarkables mountains except only from the car park.
Not very far away from the airport, but quiet enough. There is a free car parking nearby. There are some fast food options and a supermarket a few steps away.
