Gorgeous place, I loved the nature and the hostel itself which has a Japanese and Scandinavian vibe to it. If you’re looking for a place to relax and just connect with nature I think it’s the best place to do it at.

Due to heavy rain we decided to quit day trip, and the hotel was able to pick up earlier and did extra early check-in for us, which was super nice. All the staff including front desk,driver and restaurant were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The Japanese-style room offered a complete authentic Japanese experience. The thermal bath on the top floor was great with a clear view of mount Fuji. We ended up going several times since it was just too relaxing! The dinner and breakfast were all beyond exceptional Japanese style delicious food with great variety. I can only recommend it!!! Will for sure come back!!!

Each of the rooms have an outdoor onsen bath, and an indoor wet room with a bathtub and shower. The futons are placed on tatami mats. You are provided pajamas to sleep and Yukata to walk around the Ryokan and the area if you want to. The dinner and breakfast are Kaiseki style.

The accommodation is new, clean and well-designed, with attention to detail. The location is slightly remote, but prefect if you are traveling by car and want a quiet tranquil ambiente.
