The location was beyond incredible- literally didn’t have to leave the metro stop! I also loved that we could walk underground almost the entire way to the market. It’ll be the only place we stay when we return to Osaka. The rooms are clean and gorgeous, the staff was so sweet, can’t get over how great the stay was.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios, and it perfectly met my expectations as it is located right across from the park. The view of Universal from my room was also a fantastic bonus!

The layout of the room and size but we LOVE the most especially was the toilet. The shower and toilet were in different spaces and the set up and toiletries were complete and excellent quality. I normally cannot use hotel shampoo and conditioners but Hotel Port Vita has such lovely shampoo and conditioner. I wish the hotel sold their shampoo and conditioners for their guests to buy and bring home ! My room faces USJ park directly and it was such a delight to see the happy faces going to and leaving the theme park.

Conveniently located in the Chuo Ward, the hotel is situated 2.4 km from Shinsekai. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk with multi-lingual staff. Free WiFi is available at the hotel. The location was amazing. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to one of the major shopping areas in Osaka and about 20 minutes walk away from Dotonbori. You can tell is a new hotel, it looks really nice, clean and modern. Rooms were normal size and were very well equipped. Additional plus is for sure the free water/ tea and coffee machine in the common floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we manage to send our luggage to Kyoto without any problem. I would definitely stay here again!

It is a 5-minute walk from JR Sakuranomiya Station and a 15-minute free shuttle ride from JR Osaka Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Amazing staff and amenities! We requested for a single bed but it was unavailable so hotel staff combined our single beds into one. Staff gave us free room upgrade and celebratory gifts for our anniversary as well. Staff treated us like king and queens. Really amazing. At night, there is a turn in segment where they gave us free chocolates, also the toilet flowers fresh and restocked everyday?! Location of hotel is perfectly situated at a park. Unfortunately the sakuras were not in bloom yet, but we sure it would have been amazing if it were.

The room was fine, but the bed (as always in LH) was on the hard size. No smell of tobacco in the room. A good choice for one night.
