There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. Hostel smell great. Reception was friendly and could speak fluent English. Shared space like bathroom, toilet & kitchen were very clean. Air conditioning was great!

It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

Due to heavy rain we decided to quit day trip, and the hotel was able to pick up earlier and did extra early check-in for us, which was super nice. All the staff including front desk,driver and restaurant were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The Japanese-style room offered a complete authentic Japanese experience. The thermal bath on the top floor was great with a clear view of mount Fuji. We ended up going several times since it was just too relaxing! The dinner and breakfast were all beyond exceptional Japanese style delicious food with great variety. I can only recommend it!!! Will for sure come back!!!

The shore of Lake Kawaguchi is a 2-minute walk. Fuji-Q Highland amusement park and Fuji-Omuro Sengen Shrine are less than a 15-minute drive from the hotel. On-site parking is free, and free pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station is offered from 14:00-18:00. Mount Fuji 5th Station for climbing is a 1-hour bus ride from Kawaguchiko Station. Great location and super view, love the area You need to take a Taxi to go to the hotel from the station or contact the hotel for bus timing.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. Wonderful view that Fuji Mountain was shown outside when just woke up.

The holiday home features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Only 20mins on foot from Kawaguchiko station, there is a supermarket, conveniences stores and restaurants along the way. It's also only a short walk to the lake itself. The houses (the property consists of several houses) are all new and one can see that when entering! The reception was a little hidden next to a garage. Once you arrive you get a small introduction to the house and the key, there is complimentary drinks in the fridge and we had the water turned on (not common in Japan!) when we arrived. The house was spacious, two out of three bedrooms had been made up for us. There are six beds in total plus a pull out couch, so lots of space! The two toilets (one on each floor) were very convenient. We stayed in house A which sadly does not have the best Fuji view (only one bedroom and the kitchen window), but it was still great to wake up, pull the curtain open and see the top! Outside is a patio where you can spend time in the evenings if you don't want to sit on the couch or at the kitchen table. The house was facing towards the lake which was nice to see at night.

Realy nice room with an outside onsen. i'm happy i got snow during my trip . Dinner was really good and staff is nice .
