There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. The staff were so friendly and the cafe and restaurant were wonderful! The beds were also super comfortable.

Private bath also very clean and comfortable. Public bath onsen really big and has very nice view of mt. fuji. Great service to have pick up shuttle from hotel to kawaguchiko terminal. Definetly will come back.

Had a shuttle car take me from the train station. Getting around the lake from there is very nice, either with bus, or your own transportation method. The staff were really nice! The breakfast and dinner were both excellent and big traditional services. My room was very nice with a lovely view. I also used the public bath and it was lovely, looks nice, great view, well maintained and clean.

The shore of Lake Kawaguchi is a 2-minute walk. Fuji-Q Highland amusement park and Fuji-Omuro Sengen Shrine are less than a 15-minute drive from the hotel. On-site parking is free, and free pick-up from Kawaguchiko Station is offered from 14:00-18:00. Mount Fuji 5th Station for climbing is a 1-hour bus ride from Kawaguchiko Station. Great location, a bit farther away from the crowded Kawaguchiko, near beautiful lake. Spacious room, VERY comfy bed and pillows. You can book a private onsen or use public one - it’s not busy and tattoos are okay. The hotel is 30 min walk from the station, they also provide a shuttle from and to the station. Amazing view of the Mt Fuji from rooms as well as onsen and rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself!

7.8 km from Lake Kawaguchi, グランファーム富士河口湖 Granfarm Fujikawaguchiko is a recently renovated property situated in Fujikawaguchiko and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 31 km from Mount Fuji, the property offers free bikes and a garden. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. The best stay I have so far in my trip, location is a narrow road to drive to but worth the drive. Both sunset and sun rise are great.

The ability to feel like you were isolated from others (private area). Great view of Fuji. Next to a grocery store if you need extra supplies. Temperature control in the dome and in the kitchen were very easy to adjust.
