The beds were really comfortable and our room felt really luxurious. Also, the breakfast was excellent, best breakfast of everywhere in Japan. We all really enjoyed the food, including my 10 year old children. Also the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Kyoto with easy access to everything.

The layout of the room and size but we LOVE the most especially was the toilet. The shower and toilet were in different spaces and the set up and toiletries were complete and excellent quality. I normally cannot use hotel shampoo and conditioners but Hotel Port Vita has such lovely shampoo and conditioner. I wish the hotel sold their shampoo and conditioners for their guests to buy and bring home ! My room faces USJ park directly and it was such a delight to see the happy faces going to and leaving the theme park.
