Communication was proactive and very helpful, every detail was explained. The room is very nice, with daily cleaning service and superb bathroom. Everything you need was there, including such a small but making a huge difference thing like shaving set and toothbrush! The breakfast is just perfect, with fresh local products, great coffee, and freshly baked croissant, which smell is waking you up in the morning. The location is great, and the free parking is in 5 min walking. The cable car to the hills is in 5 min driving. Walking trails from Cogne and Lillaz in 35 min driving. Perfect stay. Will miss Aosta with its peaceful and easy pace and terrific views to the mountains. Thanks for the perfect stay!!

Comfortable and clean room, had everything we needed - the stunning view from our window in the morning was a super bonus. Rich and tasty breakfast. *Extra points for the wonderful staff we met in the morning, especially the girl helping with breakfast- so sweet and polite. Well done!! Even the restaurant on the ground floor, although it doesn't belong to the hotel, was really convenient to visit when we arrived at night time (and the food delicious!), so added to the experience. Bijou Hotel is near public parking and the Casino. Local products were available and the owners were very helpful and informative. The room had an excellent view, it was comfortable and clean, the hotel has a very comfy and inviting saloon with a library and refreshments/tea/coffee/cookies area.
